Compensation and Benefits Starting wages of $20.55/hr Paid overtime after 40/hours per week Company Performance Bonuses Shift Premiums ranging from +$0.40 to +$0.65 (Afternoon Shift) & +$1.00 (Night Shift) Paint Booth Premiums +$0.50 (in addition to Shift Premiums) We offer a very extensive benefit program: Company Paid time off: Up to 10 Days + 5 Float Days to start, 15 Days + 5 Float Days (1 st full year) Benefits start from Day 1
