Our client is looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager to join their growing Calgary team. In this role, you’ll manage a personal lines book of business, providing tailored insurance solutions across auto, home, recreational, and umbrella policies. You’ll handle renewals, client communication, and remarketing opportunities while supporting business development and client retention. Responsibilities

- Manage a personal lines book of business, providing tailored insurance solutions across auto, home, recreational, and umbrella policies.
- Handle renewals and client communication; explore remarketing opportunities.
- Support business development and client retention in a collaborative, service-focused environment.

You’re a client-focused insurance professional who brings strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellent service. You’re proactive in identifying coverage needs, managing renewals, and solving problems. You enjoy working with others, building relationships,

Qualifications

- Alberta Level 2 General Insurance License
- 2+ years of experience in personal lines insurance (auto, home, recreational, umbrella)
- RIBO license is an asset (or willingness to obtain)
- CAIB, CIP, FCIP, or CRM designations are considered an asset
- Solid communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applied Epic
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- A friendly, professional demeanor and collaborative mindset
