RBC is seeking a Senior Manager, Engineering & Build (Hands-On Leader) to drive a high‐performing data engineering team in Toronto. You will design and deliver cloud‐native, governed data systems at enterprise scale, while contributing hands‐on to core development 50% of the time.You will lead architecture for Bronze/Silver/Gold pipelines using Snowflake, Spark, and dbt, ensure reliability and cost efficiency, and own CI/CD for data along with governance, testing, and deployments. #J-18808-Ljbffr
