Overview
As a Senior Duty Security Officer at Ontario Shores, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of patients, visitors, and staff. This position involves a combination of proactive patrols, emergency response, report writing, and coordination with site staff to maintain hospital safety standards. This role requires a high level of professionalism, customer service, and the ability to respond quickly in critical situations. Responsibilities
Work assigned 12-hour shifts providing proactive and reactive patrols and incident response. Ensure all standing orders and daily scheduled activities are completed as required for each shift. Enforce Paladin Security and hospital security policies and procedures. Plan and implement shift work schedules. Write detailed incident and occurrence reports. Respond to coded emergencies efficiently and professionally. Deliver excellent customer service to all individuals,
including those under stress or in medical need. Maintain strong situational awareness and physical readiness to stand or walk for extended periods. Requirements

Security License
for the province of Ontario Valid
First Aid & CPR – Level C
(from a WSIB-approved vendor) Immunization records
