We design and produce premium-quality food for dogs and cats (1st Choice, Pronature, and Lily & Jax), distributed in more than 20 countries.Working at PLB means being part of a dynamic team where employee well-being, collaboration, and quality are at the heart of our priorities.Main ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the activities of the sanitation team and oversee daily operations on-site.Ensure compliance with cleaning, disinfection, and sanitation programs according to established standards and procedures.Conduct inspections, participate in GMP tours, identify discrepancies, and follow up on corrective actions.Contribute to trend analysis related to environmental results, equipment, swabs, and luminometer readings.Investigate sanitation-related non-conformities and deviations, and implement necessary corrective and preventive measures.Ensure the availability, compliance, and updating of documentation related to sanitation activities.Collaborate with operational teams, maintenance, and external suppliers to plan and support sanitation activities.Act as the primary contact for pest management, ensuring follow-up on visits, reports, and required actions.Participate in staff training and maintain food safety programs.Desired ProfileField leadership, organizational skills, and ability to manage priorities.Action-oriented, results-driven,
