Key Responsibilities:



• Monitor personnel safety via real-time alert systems • Manage emergency alerts following escalation protocols • Calmly respond to critical situations with professionalism • Provide troubleshooting and technical support for alerts • Maintain records and prepare reports on incidents

Requirements: • Post-secondary certificate in relevant fields preferred • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience • Fluent in Spanish and English • Valid First Aid and CPR certification required • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
