- Head of Sales role responsible for leading and growing the commercial FX and payments business.
- Oversee 3 regional sales teams, driving alignment, performance, and revenue targets.
- Develop and execute national sales strategies and business development plans.
- Define and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue, pipeline, and market growth.
- Lead, mentor, and develop sales leaders and sales professionals.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate and institutional clients.
- Drive new business, strategic partnerships, and overall revenue growth.
- Work closely with the CEO and senior leadership on go-to-market strategy and business growth.
- Remain a hands-on, player-coach leader involved in strategic client acquisition and key deals
