Snyk is looking for a customer-focused technical leader to own success across a large portfolio, running workshops, webinars, and digital enablement. You will analyze usage data to identify trends, drive scalable adoption, and build self-serve resources for customers to reach first security wins quickly. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, and Education to align customer feedback with product roadmap, while guiding teams through DevSecOps practices and AI-assisted development.
