1-3 years of purchasing experience is required Previous experience in a construction environment or related field is considered an asset Display excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to perform in a deadline-oriented environment, with robust attention to detail Strong ability to prioritize workload and make decisions in a highly organized work environment Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Flynn’s strong culture focuses the energies of employees on doing the right thing, for the benefit of the company, its customers, and themselves.
