As a Network Engineer II, you'll be an integral part of Opti9’s Cloud Networking team, enhancing customer project deployments and offering Tier 3 support. Your role will involve managing firewall technologies, troubleshooting network issues, and designing scalable solutions for a variety of customer environments. Collaborate with a passionate team whilst pushing the boundaries of networking technology and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support customer projects for firewall and routing designs
• Deploy and configure new environments using NSX and VMware




• Troubleshoot connectivity issues across various protocols
• Manage SDN infrastructure for customer workloads
• Document customer firewall diagrams accurately
Requirements:
• 2-4 years with Palo Alto and Fortinet technologies
• Experience implementing multi-tenancy using VDOMs
• Robust understanding of networking protocols
• Ability to troubleshoot routing and switching
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer focus
