Female Night Support Worker (Shawlands SL)

Hours: Full-time 36 hours per week (Monday to Sunday, rota basis) Pay: £12.71 – £13.21 per hour (depending on qualifications) Some of our roles require male or female employees only, where this is indicated it is a genuine occupational requirement, in accordance with the Equality Act 2010 About the Service

Shawlands is a 7-bed supported living service supporting adults with autism, mental health and epilepsy. The service provides a safe, structured and person-centred setting where individuals are supported to build independence, develop daily living skills and achieve their personal goals. People we support enjoy a range of activities within the service and in the community, including going to the cinema, swimming, colouring and walking helping them to stay engaged, active and connected. About the Role

As a Support Worker, you’ll empower adults with learning disabilities, autism, ABI and mental health needs to live life their way. You’ll:

Support independence and personal goals Deliver high-quality, person-centred care Assist with daily life activities, for example cooking,



shopping and social outings Provide personal care and support with health and wellbeing Follow clear processes and individual care plans to ensure we provide safe and consistent support What You’ll Get
