Elevate clinical standards as a Clinical Lead for OPOR Education and Learning at Nova Scotia Health. Your expertise will transform healthcare delivery through strategic planning and interprofessional collaboration.

In this permanent full time role based in the Provincial Zone, you will play a vital role in a complex clinical transformation initiative. Leading interprofessional groups, you will develop and implement best practices while ensuring seamless communication between senior leadership and front-line staff. Your experience and leadership will guide clinical care process design and implementation of clinical information systems.

Key Responsibilities:



• Provide consultative leadership for clinical transformation initiatives • Lead working groups in best practice development • Communicate complex concepts across various stakeholders • Design and oversee clinical care process activities • Prepare decision documents for stakeholder review

Requirements: • Undergraduate degree in a health-related field • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience • Active license in good standing with healthcare body • Certificate course in adult education preferred • Project Management certification is an asset
