- Operate snowplow trucks, wheel loaders, and other heavy equipment as required
- Maintain the Alaska Highways year-round
- Assist with labourer duties including crack sealing, pothole repair, bridge and signage cleaning, and hazard remediation
- Work outside in all weather conditions
- Respond to varying weather patterns through shift work, on-call work, and night shifts

Requirements

- Successful completion of pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Valid Class 1 or Class 3 driver's license with air endorsement
- Clear 3-year driver's abstract
- Previous experience operating a snowplow truck and/or wheel loader is a robust asset
- Ability to work shift, on-call, and night shifts
