Dilawri Group In Ontario is nowactively searching for an experienced automotiveControllerto joinour team. The role oversees the accounting function formultiple dealerships. Travel will be required between dealerships and ourregional head office in Mississauga.

Pay Rate: $80,000-$120,000

Responsibilities:

- Leadand mentor the dealership’s Accounting team, setting clear processes andhigh standards
- Overseeall financial operations including cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, andfinancial reporting
- Partnerclosely with Dealership management and General Manager to driveprofitability and long-term planning
- Prepareand analyze monthly and annual financial statements, highlighting trends,risks, and opportunities
- Ensurecompliance with GAAP, tax regulations, manufacturer requirements, andgovernment standards
- Managebanking relationships, credit lines, insurance, inventory financing, andwholesale liabilities
- Developand enforce accounting policies, internal controls, and efficientreporting systems




- Supportdepartment managers with transparent financial insights to improve performance
- Overseerecruitment, on-boarding, and training for accounting staff
- Supervisethe administration of Group Health Plan and other benefitprograms
- Performother tasks, based on management requirements and instructions

Qualifications:

- Universitydegree in Accounting or equivalent; professional designation (CA, CGA,CMA) preferred
- Strongknowledge of dealership accounting operations (retail automotiveenvironment)
- Highcomputer literacy with strong organizational skills and attention todetail
- Excellentwritten and verbal communication with proven interpersonaleffectiveness
- Demonstratedleadership ability, including motivating teams and managing departmentaloperations
- Strongbusiness acumen with sound judgment and problem-solving skills
- Abilityto prioritize, coordinate across departments, and drive tasks tocompletion
- Provenexperience in personnel management and expense control (inventory, floorplan, staffing)
- Customer-focusedmindset with the ability to work collaboratively toward shared goals
