Develop, plan and deliver original brand activations and experiential events Help negotiate, draft, monitor and implement partnership agreements Implement and co-ordinate internal/external communications strategies for initiatives Draft strategic marketing briefs and collaborate with communications teams Design and roll out small-scale initiatives and major events Plan event calendars and production schedules, scout locations and manage budgets Oversee partnership contests, including copywriting, rules, legal approvals, prizes, promotion and winner/supplier follow-up Assist the media relations team with news releases Plan and execute remote broadcasts with programming and technical teams Co-ordinate, train and support brand ambassadors Evaluate activities and campaigns, conduct post-mortems and optimize results Manage and respond to partnership email inquiries Support event and cultural engagement operations as needed Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in communications, advertising, marketing or a related field Three (3) years’ experience in a similar role Advanced French reading, speaking and writing skills Knowledge of CBC/Radio-Canada, its mandate and programming Demonstrated negotiation, planning and organizational skills Passion for event management and flexibility for event schedules Leadership, self-direction,



sound judgment and initiative Ability to manage pressure and multiple concurrent projects Creativity in promotional events and brand activations Ability to meet tight deadlines Proficiency with project management tools such as Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Jira and Canva Exceptional writing and editing skills Good knowledge of the Quebec cultural sector Experience with marketing principles and brand-building strategies Flexibility to work irregular hours or extended shifts Valid Class 5 driver’s licence Successful candidates must complete a practical test and interview Candidates advancing in the process must complete a mandatory criminal record check; other background checks may apply Core Competencies

Demonstrates expertise in event management, strategic marketing, and partnership negotiation, with a robust ability to coordinate communications and manage multiple projects under pressure.
