Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, you will own hiring outcomes and drive continuous improvement in recruitment delivery across multiple geographies. You will balance people leadership with hands-on execution, coaching recruiters while delivering recruitment for evolving business needs in energetic hospitality environments.
