Position Overview We are currently hiring

highly qualified Security Guard for a

public location . This is a permanent full-time position.

This role is suited for experienced professionals who can operate independently and maintain high standards in a public-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain a strong, professional, and authoritative presence

Conduct proactive patrols and identify potential risks

Monitor public activity to ensure safety and compliance

Respond effectively to incidents, disturbances, and emergencies

Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services when required

Complete detailed, accurate, and qualified reports

Enforce site policies with confidence and professionalism

Requirements (Strict)

Valid





Ontario Security Guard Licence (mandatory)

Minimum 1 year of verifiable security experience required

CPR & First Aid (Level C) – current and valid

Strong experience in

conflict management and de-escalation

High-level report writing skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Physically capable of working

8-12 hour shifts (standing/walking)

Clean criminal background check

Must have a vaild work permit

Preferred Assets

Experience in

public or municipal security environments

Previous

mobile patrol or supervisory experience

Additional training in

crisis intervention or mental health awareness

Strong communication and leadership skills
