Your role

The incumbent manages the requests of major customers throughout the sales process. He/she identifies and responds to their needs and advises them on the company's products. He/she establishes a long-term relationship of trust with them and ensures quality service, both in terms of order processing, delivery, and after-sales follow-up. Your Responsibilities

Develops and maintain high level relationships with customers to remain a trusted reference; Do prospection by phone,



email or in person (1-2 days on the road); Stays on the lookout for the market to seize business opportunities; Manage understanding of product lines, competition and customer challenges; Anticipates priorities to optimize and drive account growth; Grows the portfolio through proactive development of new business opportunities; Monitors continuously customer sales performance analytics in alignment with projected sales growth; Keeps abreast of industry developments; Work in close collaboration with the Industrial Sales Manager; Establishes effective communication with customers by phone, email or in person; Represents the company at trade shows and off-site events (*evenings and weekends on occasion); Identifies and respond to customer needs; Informs and advise customers on products; Completes and follow up on quotes; Completes information in our Customer Relationship Management system; Participates in the preparation of special files (catalogs, price lists, drawings, etc.). Profil sought

Knowledge of sales techniques; Mining/ Crane knowledge and experience (an asset); Technical knowledge of our industry; Ability to work in a team; Ability to work under pressure; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Interpersonal skills and customers service oriented.
