We'd love to work with you if you have:We're looking for a strategic sourcing professional who brings strong category management experience, commercial negotiation capability, supplier relationship management discipline, risk and controls awareness, and confidence using procurement data, tools, and insights to influence business decisions.A Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)3–5+ years of progressive sourcing experience, ideally including category management, RFx execution, contract negotiation, supplier governance, and procurement transformation within complex or global environmentsGlobal sourcing experience and exposure to multi-market supplier strategiesA strong ability to bridge communication across sourcing, business, and legal teams, particularly in structuring contracts that meet business needsA clear understanding of procurement strategies and how they support broader business goalsExcellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging senior leadersFamiliarity with financial services regulations (e.G., OSFI, OCC, CFPB, UDAAP) and their impact on third-party relationships (preferred)The ability to analyze complex technical and financial information and translate it into actionable sourcing strategiesA balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with proven leadership capabilitiesStrong business acumen and ability to interpret market trends and supplier insightsExperience with modern procurement tools and technologies, including spend analytics, sourcing platforms, supplier performance dashboards, automation,
