Key Responsibilities
- Pen checking, identifying ill or injured animals
- Providing necessary treatment or care to all livestock
- Maintaining digital computer records for cattle treatments and procedures
- Ensure cattle have access to adequate feed and water daily
- Shipping, receiving, and vaccinating/processing cattle
- Facility/equipment maintenance
- Bedding/pen maintenance
- General cattle farm duties
- General cleaning and upkeep duties
- Other duties as required
Skills
- Ability to lift 50lbs+, work outside in all weather elements, and walk in all types of terrain
- Safe work habits
- Ability to work in a team environment
Education and Experience Requirements
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License
- Experience working with Cattle
