food expediting and delivering meals.Take payments and perform daily cashouts.Duties & Responsibilities (Variable Manager)Assist the General and Assistant Managers in running the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.Lead the restaurant team during management floor shifts.Drive restaurant performance standards and maintain a positive guest experience.Complete daily cash and restaurant closing duties.Fill in as needed to ensure the restaurant runs efficiently.Work with staff to ensure a positive staff experience.QualificationsExceptional verbal and written communication skills.A positive outlook and "glass half-full" mentality.Minimum 2 years experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment (staff role).Minimum 1 year experience in a management or supervisor role.Post secondary education or skilled trades certification an asset.Certifications: First Aid level 1, food safe, serving it rightDiscounted or free foodExtended health careOn-site parking#J-18808-Ljbffr
