Key Responsibilities:



• Prepare bids and manage project execution • Negotiate with subcontractors for project agreements • Ensure work meets quality and safety standards • Monitor project costs and report to the vice president • Mentor and evaluate project team members

Requirements: • University degree in Engineering or relevant experience • 15+ years in the construction industry • PENG designation required • Experience in civil construction and MTO projects • Strong financial management and scheduling skills
