We are currently recruiting Factory Operatives to join a small and friendly food manufacturing business based near Wainfleet.
This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for ongoing work during a busy production period.
Hours of Work Monday to Friday
Up to 12-hour shifts
Working between 7:00am and 7:00pm
£12.83 per hour for all hours worked
Some Saturday's may be required
Duties Include Working on production lines
Packing products
Stacking finished goods
Following daily production schedules
Completing production paperwork accurately
Maintaining high standards of food safety, quality, and hygiene
Following Health & Safety and company procedures
Supporting waste reduction and continuous improvement initiatives
Working effectively as part of a team
Requirements Previous experience in a similar factory, food production,
or manufacturing environment is essential
Reliable and committed with a strong work ethic
Able to work in a fast-paced workplace
Own transport is required due to the location of the site
Additional Information This is not a cold working environment
Candidates must attend an induction at our office before starting work
Ongoing temporary assignment to support peak production periods
