Based from one of our corporate offices in Vancouver BC, or Quesnel, BC or Memphis, TN you will oversee a team of application specialists, partner with business leaders and lead the delivery of improvements to system performance, business processes, and operational efficiency.What You'll DoEnsure reliable day-to-day operation and support of business-critical maintenance and purchasing applicationsProvide leadership, coaching, and development to a team of technical analysts and administratorsWork with business leaders to prioritize enhancements, projects, support needs, and technology lifecycle needs based on business value and riskIdentify opportunities to simplify processes, improve system usage, and deliver measurable operational valueManage vendor relationships and service levelsEnsure successful delivery of projects within this team's portfolioDirect system upgrades, integrations, and compliance activities, ensuring regulatory, licensing, and security requirements are metParticipate hands-on in key projects when necessary to ensure deliveryCompensation Package:The salary range for this position may vary depending on experience, education, and location.
