In this role, you will be proactively building your portfolio and providing needs-based holistic financial advice to our agriculture members. How you'll be spending your time:

Providing holistic financial advice to our agriculture members Actively growing and managing a portfolio by identifying opportunities and taking action to expand member relationships Keeping up-to-date on industry trends to have proactive advice-based conversations fueled by a passion to improve the financial well‑being of our business members Building and marketing your personal brand within the local community to develop and sustain a strong,



self-generated book of business Ensuring a healthy balance between chance and risk and between growth and profitability for Conexus The way people describe you:

A self-starter with knowledge of financial statements and assessing risk A natural people-person who thrives on developing relationships within the agricultural community A collaborator who supports individuals, teams, projects and initiatives within our organization to help us grow An ace at details, who's highly accountable and delivers on expectations The experience you bring:

3+ years of financial advisory experience Thorough understanding of financial statements and assessing risk Strong credit underwriting ability Proven experience in business development, including identifying, pursuing, and converting growth opportunities Post-secondary education in Business, Agriculture, Economics, or Finance is an asset
