Salary: A minimum hourly rate of £14.40 per hour (comprising a pay rate of £12.85 and indicative holiday pay of £1.55). Holiday pay is indicative as it is accrued at 12.07 percent for every hour worked. If you work at a different rate, the pay and holiday pay will adjust accordingly.

We are currently recruiting SIA Door Supervisors to support venues across Airdrie. This is an opportunity to join a professional and reliable team focused on maintaining safe, secure and welcoming environments for both customers and staff.Purpose of Role
Purpose of Role
To provide a safe and secure environment for customers, staff, and property by managing entry, monitoring behaviour, and responding to incidents in a professional and customer friendly manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Control entry to the venue, ensuring customers meet age and entry requirements
- Carry out ID checks in line with licensing and venue policy
- Monitor customer behaviour inside and outside the venue to maintain a safe and welcoming atmosphere
- Manage queues effectively to ensure a smooth flow of entry and exit
- Respond to incidents, including removing individuals where necessary, in accordance with SIA guidelines and the law
- Liaise with venue management and local authorities where required
- Keep accurate incident and refusal records
- Conduct regular patrols and take a proactive approach to preventing issues
- Provide customer assistance, including directions and general support
- Ensure fire exits remain clear and report any issues to venue management
