Responsibilities
- Coordinate the shipments and handle all requests for transport needs from clients
- Communicate with clients and carriers
- Handle pricing negotiations to secure best rates
- Track and trace shipments, keeping the customer updated
- Handle any problems that arise regarding the shipment and solve in a timely matter
- Keeping a positive relationship with all parties involved for long-term satisfaction and client/carrier retention
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Logistics
- Ability to manage tracks across North America, including cross-border Canada/USA
- Ability to work under pressure
- Solid problem-solving skills
