In this full-time role, you’ll be the face of NAPA, focusing on developing customer connections while implementing strategic sales initiatives. Align with District and Regional marketing efforts to increase sales and gather market insights to improve service delivery. This position demands automotive aftermarket experience with paint, body, and equipment segments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell NAPA auto parts and equipment to installers and body shops
• Implement sales plans and support marketing strategies for growth
• Collaborate with District Sales Manager on customer business plans
• Gather and report market intelligence on customer and competitor activity
• Make pricing recommendations and ensure compliance with purchasing terms
Requirements:
• Experience in automotive aftermarket sales, especially paint and body
• Strong knowledge of collision repair products and shop equipment
• Proven ability to build customer relationships and manage territories
• Solid communication and negotiation skills
• Valid driver’s license, with travel ability throughout the territory
