Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily administration of benefits and compensation programs • Administer sick leave programs in collaboration with Occupational Health • Participate in the annual compensation cycle effectively • Analyze market trends and support bargaining activities • Oversee benefits program administration and renewals
Requirements: • University degree in Human Resources or similar • 3-5 years of experience in compensation and benefits • Preferred HR certifications like CPP, CEBS, or CHRP • Advanced proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems • Strong understanding of compensation principles and legislation
