We are recruiting for a Project Manager/Estimator to join our Project Delivery group in Victoria focused on projects across the island. The Project Manager/Estimator is responsible for leading all aspects of the job. This includes estimating, project planning, labour management, procurement, billing, communications, and wrap up of each project. Your responsibilities

Work with clients and identify potential business opportunities Estimate projects and submit tenders Review contracts for onerous clauses and conditions Maintain good relationship with suppliers, consultants, general contractors and end users Manage project financials (including billing), purchasing, schedules and labour Mitigate project risk, deficiencies and estimate changes as needed Work with internal stakeholders, field staff and customers, to ensure projects remain on track, on budget and meet expectations Be present on jobsites when required and review project upon completion to discuss success and challenges Review the project at completion with the supervisor and superintendent to discuss successes and challenges Your experience and skills

Electrical trade certificate,



Electrical Engineering degree or Electrical Technologist diploma/certificate 3 years' experience in Electrical Project Management and/or Estimating Demonstrated experience completing multiple projects from start-up to close out Previous experience with estimating programs, specifically Accubid (Accubid Pro and Change Order) an asset Strong computer proficiency with MS Office, Procore, AutoCAD, Teams, etc. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to understand customer's needs Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills Strong communication, and team collaboration skills Benefits

Salary range: $85,000 - $120,000 per year plus a competitive total compensation package. Actual salary will commensurate with experience, skills and overall match to the position offered.
