Key Responsibilities:
• Build relationships with tenants using recovery-oriented approaches • Develop and implement individual support plans • Assist tenants in achieving substance-related goals • Connect tenants with resources and community programs • Facilitate group programs to meet community needs
Requirements: • Degree or diploma focused on addictions or related field • Experience in mental health or addiction support • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Certification in First Aid and CPR or willingness to obtain • Knowledge of concurrent disorders and addiction treatments
