As an experienced practitioner, the resident care coordinator acts in a leadership role to provide specialized clinical expertise, coordination of resident care, and provide support and teaching to the resident care team (including residents and residents families) within a collaborative environment.
The routine procedures are generally predetermined but critical thinking and independent judgment is an integral part of the position. Human Resources Exemption: No Experience
Minimum of three (3) years relevant long term care nursing experience Education
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) Licenses
Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS) Other Education and Training
