With 2 years of experience in project management, agency, or event planning preferred, you will support the Canadian Business Development team. Key Responsibilities:



• Assist in qualifying pitch opportunities via due diligence templates • Support completion of RFIs and RFPs with local pitch teams • Manage end-to-end pitch processes and project timelines • Source and organize materials for key client meetings • Update Salesforce records for recent business opportunities

Requirements: • 2 years of agency or project management experience preferred • Strong analytical and organizational skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Teams • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is an asset • Hybrid role, with possible travel across Canada
