NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is seeking a Band 7 Neonatal Clinical Flow Coordinator to lead neonatal services, optimise bed capacity and ensure timely, family‑centred care. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, coordinate patient flow and contribute to strategic development of the service.
