Maintenance Technician I

Description

Cintas seeks a Maintenance Technician I to help maintain an industrial laundry facility, including repairing, maintaining, installing, and troubleshooting industrial equipment (washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyor systems, boilers), performing preventive and predictive maintenance, resolving safety concerns, conducting indoor and outdoor housekeeping, monitoring inventory supplies, and maintaining maintenance records.

Responsibilities

- Assist with repairing, maintaining, installing, and troubleshooting industrial equipment and systems.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
- Address safety concerns and perform housekeeping.
- Monitor inventory supplies and maintain maintenance records.

Required Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or in the military.
- Ability to read maintenance literature printed in English.




- Experience with readng a blueprint.
- Basic Microsoft Office computer skills.
- Ability to stand upright for up to 7 hours during an 8‑hour shift.
- High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of boilers.
- HVAC experience.
- Ability to perform welding activities including MIG, TIG, ARC, cutting and brazing.

Compensation

Base salary ranges between $28.56 and $36.49 per hour.
