In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Paint parts using handheld spray guns and automated electrostatic painting equipment
- Adjust painting equipment as needed, including nozzles and flow rates
- Prepare and change paint according to the required formulas and colors
- Collaborate with the quality team to verify part compliance and complete the required inspections
- Clean and maintain painting equipment while adhering to quality, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Full time permanent position
- Shift: 5×8-hour shifts during the day, evening, or night (based on seniority)
- Salary: $28.02/hour
- Bonuses: $1.50/hour for evening shifts and $2/hour for night shifts
