It involves contributing to an exceptional customer experience and deliver on schedule, while upholding Minto’s core values. It will also include identifying deficiencies, assessing, and completing repairs in a timely manner. includes ensuring protective gear used/worn Complete repair lists resulting from quality control MPDI and PDO inspections; Assist in identifying and assessing construction deficiencies and perform repairs in a timely manner Report defects and damages to Construction Site staff if applicable; Conductinterior repairs on windows, doors, frames, baseboards, floors; Conductcarpentry finishing, as required; Conduct repairs oninsulation and drywall, as required; Prepare the house for inspections including City and customer; Ensure the complete cleanup of the home inside and out; Conduct repairs oninsulation and drywall, as required; Other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job, as requested by management.
