The Team is looking for a Project Coordinator, Co-op to support that mission for duration of 12 months . Reporting to the Project Manager, the Co‑op will assist with coordination and administrative tasks for underground utility construction projects. This role is ideal for a student seeking hands-on experience in project coordination, construction management, or engineering.

Duration: 12 months

Location: Scarborough

What You’ll Do Here





- Support the Project Manager with day‑to‑day project coordination and on‑site activities
- Prepare, organize, and maintain accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Assist in setting up project folders, templates, and required documentation during project start‑up
- Maintain project files and records on shared servers and document control systems
- Track, log, and manage project documentation, including RFIs, reports, and general correspondence
- Support preparation and tracking of change notices and change orders
- Ensure drawing and report folders are current and distribute updated information as needed
- Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, inspectors, and utility owners
- Schedule, attend, and take minutes for project meetings and conference calls
- Track and summarize site hours worked in alignment with project reporting requirements
- Assist with cost tracking, job costing, and monthly reporting
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safe work practices

What You Bring To The Team

- Currently enrolled in a technical diploma or engineering degree program (Civil, Electrical, Construction, or related field)
- Interest in the civil or electrical utility sector
- Understanding of basic project coordination concepts such as scheduling,



documentation control, and change management
- Strong teamwork and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
- Comfortable working in both office and field/site environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and MS Project; experience with Hard Dollar or SAP is an asset
- Highly organized with robust time‑management skills
- Ability to work independently and accurately in a fast‑paced environment

Salary range: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Individual pay is determined based on several factors such as work location, education, experience and unique skills.
