Join QuadReal Property Group as a Maintenance Technician for a 12-month contract at the Evergreen community. Oversee repairs and maintenance to enhance resident satisfaction and safety.

In this role, you will report directly to the Community Manager and be responsible for a range of maintenance tasks. Your experience in general maintenance will be crucial for maintaining gardens, testing swimming pools, and executing property improvements. Flexibility in hours, including emergency call-ins, is essential for effective community support.

Key Responsibilities:



• Maintain gardens and landscaped areas during the summer • Conduct regular swimming pool testing for safety • Perform workshop upkeep and preventive maintenance in winter • Complete grounds maintenance, including light snow removal • Carry out repairs on community buildings and equipment

Requirements: • Minimum two years of general maintenance experience • Knowledge of water and wastewater systems preferred • Valid G-class driver’s license with clean abstract • Solid communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly
