Michelle Paletta is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Family Caregiver to provide personal care and companionship for an elderly individual in a safe and respectful home environment. The successful candidate will be dedicated to enhancing the client’s quality of life through attentive care and daily living assistance.

Position: Family Caregiver

Employment Type: Full-time, Term/Contract
Salary: $22.00 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule: Day, Evening, and Morning shifts
Start Date: As soon as possible

Requirements

- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 to less than 3 years of relevant caregiving experience.
- Ability to communicate in English or French.
- Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
- Must be able to work on-site in the employer’s home.

Work Environment

- Non-smoking workplace.
- Work performed in the employer’s/client’s home.
- Optional live-in accommodation is available at no charge; however, accepting live-in accommodation is not a condition of employment.

Key Responsibilities





- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
- Offer companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with regular exercise, including walking.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals.
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
- Launder and mend clothing and household linens.
- Maintain a clean, secure, and comfortable living environment.
