In this senior individual-contributor role, you will advise internal and client stakeholders on tagging strategy, event design, consent-aware tracking, implementation quality, and measurement governance. You will combine measurement leadership, business advisory skills, and cross-functional influence to connect business goals with robust, privacy-conscious data collection and analytics implementation.

You will thrive in this role if you are:

A collaborator who values teamwork and knowledge-sharing

Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus)

Role responsibilities

Lead complex, high-impact measurement strategy, tagging, instrumentation, and implementation initiatives across clients, business areas, and strategic programs.

Define measurement strategies that connect business objectives, reporting requirements, experimentation needs, consent requirements, customer event flows, and downstream data usage.

Advise internal and client stakeholders on measurement maturity, instrumentation strategy, data-collection design, privacy considerations, and implementation tradeoffs.

Establish and refine best practices for measurement plans, event frameworks, naming conventions, parameter structures, data-layer requirements, consent-aware behavior, quality assurance, and implementation documentation.

Guide the design of scalable tagging architectures, event instrumentation, validation approaches, and platform configurations.

Translate complex or ambiguous stakeholder questions into clear measurement approaches, implementation frameworks, and actionable recommendations.

Lead implementation audits and reviews to identify gaps, risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve tracking ecosystems.

Collaborate across analytics, data science, engineering, platform, experimentation, and reporting teams to strengthen end-to-end measurement.

Review major measurement programs and deliverables for quality, clarity, consistency, consent alignment, and business value.

Contribute measurement expertise to solution shaping, proposals, thought leadership, and new-business opportunities.

Create and improve reusable frameworks, standards, templates, quality-assurance assets, and accelerators.

Promote strong expectations for governance, privacy, consent, and implementation standards.

Mentor practitioners and help define excellent measurement practice across the organization.

Must have qualifications To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:

Deep expertise in digital measurement, event tracking, tagging strategy, consent-aware instrumentation, and analytics implementation.

Experience shaping measurement approaches in complex, ambiguous, and highly visible business environments.

The ability to connect implementation design, business context, privacy requirements, and downstream analytics needs.

Strong stakeholder-management and advisory skills, including the ability to communicate with senior audiences.

Systems thinking across measurement, analytics, experimentation, platforms, and reporting workflows.

The ability to improve quality and consistency across multiple teams through collaboration and influence.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, including workshop facilitation, presentations, and strategic advisory communication.

The ability to balance strategic thinking with practical delivery considerations.

Experience collaborating with distributed, multidisciplinary teams.

AI fluency You actively use approved AI-enabled tools and workflows to improve measurement documentation, tracking-plan quality, quality-assurance preparation, implementation reviews, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication.

You understand that AI-generated tagging logic, documentation, and implementation guidance require human review. You validate outputs against platform behavior, data-layer realities, consent requirements, governance standards, and client-specific measurement needs.

You also help strengthen responsible AI adoption by contributing reusable methods, coaching approaches, quality controls, and delivery standards that improve client value without compromising implementation rigor, privacy, or accountability. This reflects the three AI expectations in the source: hands‑on adoption, human validation, and leadership of responsible team practices.
