You will play a crucial role in supporting the planning and delivery of consumer insolvency services. Key activities include preparing BIA documentation, reviewing financial records, and fostering connections with credit and debt counsellors. High-quality control and creative ideas for process improvement are essential to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning and delivering insolvency services
• Analyze financial data and oversee documentation
• Manage formal appointments such as bankruptcies




• Develop relationships with referral sources
• Ensure quality control and address key debtor issues
Requirements:
• Experience in insolvency or financial advisory roles
• Bachelor’s degree or similar qualification is an asset
• Understanding of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act
• Completion of relevant courses preferred
• Interest in pursuing a CIRP designation
Utilize your financial acumen to enhance debtor relations and improve insolvency practices effectively.
