Role Campus Consulting Analyst

Location

We expect 4 days of in-person work per month, allowing flexibility choosing these days to accommodate client meetings,



team syncs and individual schedules.

Relocation Assistance is not provided.

What you'll do

Dive into dynamic consulting engagements spanning finance transformation, process improvement, technology enablement, data analytics, and organizational change to help clients solve complex business challenges.

Support project teams in delivering high-impact client engagements by managing project plans, tracking milestones, identifying risks, coordinating communications, and helping drive successful project outcomes.

Collaborate with team members across all levels to support client meetings, workshops, and project deliverables while building professional consulting skills.

Assist in developing executive-level presentations that translate complex issues into clear recommendations across processes, systems, and people.

Perform primary research to uncover issues, identify gaps, and design innovative solutions for challenging client problems.

Utilize cutting-edge statistical tools and software to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful insights.

Engage in internal projects that offer opportunities for learning and personal growth.

What You'll Bring





Bachelors or Masters Degree to be completed by December 2026 or May 2027

Minimum GPA of 3.0

Authorized to work in Canada without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.

The compensation range for this position is $79,000 CAD.
