Housekeeping Director Location & Salary

Location: 395, rue de la Couronne Québec, QC G1K 7X4

Work location: On site

Salary: $64,000 to $72,000 YEAR annually (To be negotiated) / 40 hours per week

Terms of employment: Permanent employment Full time

Work hours: Early morning, Morning, Day, Weekend

Start date: Starts as soon as possible

Education

College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

or equivalent experience

Experience 3 years to less than 5 years

On Site Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities Oversee housekeeping operations and coordinate tasks.

Tasks

Select and purchase equipment and supplies

Co-ordinate inspection of assigned areas

Supervise staff

Co-ordinate contract services

Ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met

Prepare budgets and payrolls

Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals

Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment and uniforms

Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff

Ensure that local health and sanitation regulations are carried out





Conduct infection control audit

Hire and dismiss staff

Respond to complaints of guests

Supervision

More than 20 people
