Lake Country Co-operative Association Limited invites applications for the position of full-time Gas Bar Clerk at our Shellbrook Corner location in Shellbrook, Saskatchewan.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operatives vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a solid customer focused approach.
- Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels.
- Provide in-store service; serve guests, operate the point of sale (POS) system, stock shelves, face shelves, and perform general housekeeping duties.
- Maintain a safe and efficient area while adhering to company and government policies, procedures, and standards in social responsibility of the selling of age restricted items such as lottery, tobacco, liquor.
- Ensure a culture of safety while maximizing operational efficiency.
- Have a good working understanding of the POS system.
- Receive,
price and display merchandise as required specified by the team leader.
- Complete the necessary daily reconciliations and reports.
- Position is primarily based in the C-Store/Gas Bar, with cross-support in the Wine, Spirits, and Beer department as needed.
- Support and follow the Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies and procedures.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Physical ability to fulfill job requirements standing, working inside and outside, lifting 20 to 25 pounds regularly.
- POS experience and ability to work in a fast paced, guest facing environment.
- Flexible work schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays.
- Must be 19 years of age or older.
- Willing and able to obtain Serve it Right certification.
