Key Responsibilities:



• Achieve resident and family satisfaction targets • Ensure multiple events are held monthly • Lead and motivate recreation staff and volunteers • Manage the departmental budget effectively • Develop and implement engaging resident programs

Requirements: • Educational background in Recreation Therapy or Therapeutic Recreation • One year of health care experience • Two years in program planning for seniors' care • Strong communication and leadership skills • Valid Vulnerable Sector Search within six months
