What You Will Do in This Role

- Welcome customers to the brand and its variety of products.
- Handle multiple call types from North American customers and answer general inquiries clearly and professionally.
- Assist customers with vehicle warranty and recalls while making tailored recommendations on products and services to meet their needs.
- Listen attentively to customers’ needs, demonstrate empathy, and build rapport.
- Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile.

Your Qualifications

- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- At least 1 year of customer service and soft sales experience (Retail, Restaurant, or Call Center).
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in fast‑paced multi‑tasking.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies.
- Computer proficiency, including Windows‑based applications.
