As an IT Technical Support Specialist at Muskoka Algonquin Healthcare (MAHC), you will ensure the security and availability of IT infrastructure, providing Level 1 support for network, desktop, and telephony issues. Your role includes assisting with system and application issues, user account management, and offering end-user training and support. Additionally, you will handle desktop and network cable changes, manage support requests, and coordinate with third-party entities to resolve complex issues.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

CompTIA A+ Certification

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Location:

Multi-Site, working in person at both the South Muskoka Memorial Hospital (SMMH) located in Bracebridge and Huntsville District Memorial Hospital (HDMH) located in Huntsville.

Hours of Work:

Shifts will be Monday to Friday 8 am - 4 pm, however, shifts and hours may change according to departmental requirements. You may also be required to be available evenings and weekends.
