KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Assemble, clean, calibrate, test, package, ship electronic and mechanical assemblies, including industrial cameras, in a clean room environment Responsible for quality assurance Responsible for shipping the right working camera, to the right customer at the right time Troubleshoot, repair or work on electronic assemblies Shipping/receiving and order entry Work with Engineering, Customer Support, Sales, on ensuring standards are met and product conforms to customer requirements Documenting and improving operations procedures Participate in the development of new product introduction process (testing, assembly process and documentation) REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES: High School Diploma or GED 3-5 years of hands-on production manufacturing/operations Solid mathematical aptitude Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, including Bill of Material (BOM), schematics and optical layouts Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail to handle delicate optical components Cooperative team player with a focus on problem-solving Ability to work independently and to be flexible/adaptable with shifting priorities Organized,
