As a Consultant Data Developer, you will play a critical role in leading CIBC’s Finance Modernization initiative. This position requires expertise in Microsoft Azure, Databricks, and Azure Data Factory for developing, testing, and integrating multi-platform applications. Engage with finance stakeholders to gather requirements and design specifications, ensuring a team-oriented approach to system implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead technical design for cross-functional applications • Develop and test coding for financial applications • Act as product owner for application scope and delivery • Facilitate planning and coordination with stakeholders • Implement CI/CD pipelines for deployment
Requirements: • Experience with Azure, Databricks, and Python • Knowledge of SAP Financial ecosystems is an asset • Understanding of database modeling and ETL tools • Familiarity with workload automation scheduling tools • Strong programming and problem-solving skills
